I just wanted to say that OSCAR, who is in charge of one of the painting crews, is a cheater. He has been cheating on previous clients for over 8 years with exterior CARPENTRY MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP such as fascias, door jambs, Soffit, Brick molding, Window sills,Deck boards,corner boards.For instance, when he is to replace rotted fascia where the gutters meet on the corners,he just replaces a tiny piece of fascia that overhangs the gutter like an inch in thickness by six or eight inches in length and the remaining rooted fascia behind the gutter he just leaves it wet and rotted and he doesn't even reseal or fix the water leaking on the gutter. Furthermore, when he is to replace rotted soffit, he sometimes just puts lots of caulking and spreads it with the putty knife and paints it. Not only that, but also when replacing window seals, door jambs. He uses wooden fascia instead of PVC as the as the homeowner is told.I once told OSCAR that he is not honest with clients regarding to, carpentry repairs, and he said... Besides clients don't complain about it. I told him. They haven't complained because they have not noticed, but if they do, they would start calling whoever was in charge of the project. OSCAR said the other painting crews from SWIFT cheat too. I let Mauricio know about that like a month ago but I think he didn't care too much because he still has OSCAR in charge of the painting crew.

Augustine, Mario, Javier and the entire Swift team were great and easy to work with. I recently hired them to redo my front porch as well as some deck work, their price was very far and Mario made sure to keep me posted on any potential issues. We are SO pleased with our screen porch project completed by Swift Home Renovations! Augustin (sales), Mario (project manager), Alex (scheduling), Javier (construction), Oscar (painter) and the WHOLE team are super professional, timely, and efficient! Our project was laid out in succinct detail and all was accomplished timely, perfectly, and accurately! All things considered, this was a super smooth and pleasant build! It turned out absolutely gorgeous and looks like it’s always been a part of the house! They even lined up the siding boards where old met new…very effectively! Terrific attention to detail! Very neat and tidy! They delivered everything promised plus more…and that is TREMENDOUS in the world today! We have owned a lot of homes and have had a lot of contractors/projects done before…..this one was one of the best ever! My understanding is that they are a team of employees….and they do not sub-out! Perhaps that is why they work so well! I can’t say enough good! Definitely will keep their number and hire them again in the future! You should too!! It’s no wonder that they are on BBB! Kudos to this fantastic team/company!

This company did exterior pain for my home. Excellent customer service. Reasonable price. Very easy to work with this company. I highly recommended.
